1. Authors should not violate the copyright of others when contributing to the journal their articles, including the texts, the diagrams, the pictures, and so on.

2. The submitted articles shall be original. The Editorial Department reserves the copyright in all languages (including the electronic publishing right) if the article is officially accepted for publication. If the author would like to publish this article in other languages, he/she shall obtain the agreement of the Editorial Department.

3. The Editorial Department reserves the right of revising the submitted articles. Once the article is received by the Editorial Department, the author should not resubmit it to other journals unless he/she makes an announcement in advance to the Editorial Department.

4. With the written agreement of both the Editorial Department and the author him/herself, the published articles could be republished in other forms or by other means.

5. The submitted articles will not be returned to the author by the Editorial Department.

6. All the articles published in the journal demonstrate only the authors’ opinion. They do not necessarily demonstrate the opinion of either the Editorial Department or the Editorial Board. Any academic critiques or debates on the published articles are welcome.

7. Some of the articles published in this journal are selected from those published in Chinese and have been agreed by the published journals and authors for translation and republishing in this journal.
