Call for Papers: Special Issue on AI for Education

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is significantly reshaping how people learn, work, and live. The potential of AI to transform education is vast, offering innovative solutions to enhance learning experiences, personalize education, and improve educational outcomes. In this special issue, we focus on the latest developments in both research and practice on using AI for education.

We invite researchers, educators, and practitioners to submit original research papers, case studies, and critical reviews that explore the integration of AI technologies in educational settings. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • AI in personalized learning and adaptive educational systems
  • Intelligent tutoring systems and virtual learning environments
  • Natural language processing for educational applications
  • Machine learning algorithms for educational data mining
  • AI-driven assessment and feedback mechanisms
  • AI in educational administration and management
  • Ethical considerations and challenges in AI for education
  • AI in special education and accessibility
  • The role of AI in fostering 21st-century skills
  • AI in informal and lifelong learning contexts
  • Teacher training and professional development in AI-integrated education
  • AI in curriculum design and content delivery
  • AI in educational games and simulations
  • AI in language learning and multilingual education
  • The impact of AI on student engagement and motivation

We welcome contributions that address theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of AI in education. Papers should provide new insights, challenge existing paradigms, or present innovative applications of AI in educational contexts. We are particularly interested in research that demonstrates the effectiveness of AI technologies in improving educational outcomes and addressing current challenges in the field.
