1.1 Originality: All submissions must be original works that have not been published in other journals or publications and are not simultaneously submitted to other journals. Authors must ensure that the submitted research results are their own original work and must indicate when citing the work of others.
1.2 Data authenticity: Authors should ensure the authenticity and accuracy of data and must not forge, falsify or misleadingly process data. All data and results must be true and reliable and withstand peer review verification.
1.3 Plagiarism: Any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to direct copying, adapting the works of others or not properly citing the research results of others. Authors should use appropriate citation formats to ensure all cited sources are accurate and credible.
1.4 Detection and prevention of AI academic misconduct: The platform will use advanced technical means to detect AI academic misconduct in submitted content. If it is found that a work overly relies on AI generation without substantial innovation and thinking, it will be regarded as academic misconduct. At the same time, the use of AI tools for improper behaviors such as plagiarism and patchwork are prohibited.
1.5 Self-examination and responsibility: Authors should conduct strict self-examination of their works before submission to ensure compliance with academic integrity requirements. Once academic integrity violations are found, authors must take the initiative to assume responsibility and take corrective measures promptly.
1.6 Handling of violations: For acts that violate academic integrity regulations, depending on the severity of the circumstances, the platform will take measures such as warning, restricting submission rights, and revoking published works to maintain the fairness and purity of the academic environment.
2.1 Author Contribution: Submitting authors should ensure that all listed authors have made substantial contributions to the research work and are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the research content. Only funding or general guidance for the research does not qualify as a listed author.
2.2 Author's Order: The order of authors should be determined according to their degree of contribution to the research work and be agreed upon by all listed authors before submission. Any disputes regarding the author's order should be resolved before submission.
2.3 Responsibilities of Corresponding Author: The corresponding author should be responsible for communicating and liaising with the journal editorial department, ensuring that other authors can understand the manuscript processing progress promptly, and bear the main responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of the manuscript content.
2.4 Norms for Cross-Institutional Collaboration: When cross-institutional collaboration is involved, authors from each institution should clearly define their respective responsibilities and divisions of labor, and unclear responsibilities or passing the buck should be avoided.
2.5 Author Change: In principle, authors are not allowed to change randomly after submission. If there is a special need for change, detailed explanations and relevant supporting materials must be submitted to the platform. Changes can be made only after being reviewed and approved.
2.6 Qualification Examination: The platform has the right to examine author qualifications. If inconsistencies with the actual situation or false information are found, it will be processed by relevant regulations.
2.7 Compliance with Code of Ethics: Authors should follow the ethical norms of their respective industries and not violate relevant guidelines to ensure that research and publication of results meet moral requirements.
2.8 Handling of Violations: For acts that violate the regulations related to author qualifications, severe measures will be taken according to specific circumstances, including but not limited to requiring corrections, warnings, and restricting submissions, to maintain a fair and just academic environment.
3.1 Declaration of Conflicts of Interest: Authors should clearly declare any conflicts of interest that may affect research results or their interpretation at the time of submission, including but not limited to economic interests, personal relationships, or academic competition.
3.2 Funding Sources: Authors should clearly state the funding sources of the research in the manuscript and declare the role of funders in research design, data collection, data analysis, data interpretation, and paper writing.
3.3 Avoiding Undue Influence: If there is a conflict of interest, authors should ensure that it does not have a biased impact on the research process and results to maintain the objectivity and fairness of the research.
3.4 Continuous Disclosure: Even after submission, if new conflicts of interest arise, authors should inform the platform the first time and should not conceal them.
3.5 Review of Conflict of Interest Statements: The platform will strictly scrutinize the conflict of interest statements submitted by authors. If false or incomplete statements are found, authors will be required to correct them.
3.6 Transparency of Cooperation and Competition Relationships: For those with cooperation or competition relationships with other institutions or individuals that may affect research, specific circumstances and potential impacts should be described in detail.
3.7 Compliance with Industry Norms: Authors should strictly abide by industry norms and guidelines regarding conflicts of interest in their fields to ensure compliance.
3.8 Consequences of Violations: For acts of not faithfully declaring conflicts of interest or violating relevant regulations, the platform will impose corresponding penalties, including but not limited to warnings and retractions.
4.1 Peer Review: All submissions will undergo strict peer review. Authors should respect the review comments and give feedback one by one in the revised manuscript. Authors have the right to raise reasonable doubts about the review comments, but in a constructive and respectful manner.
4.2 Duplicate Publication: Duplicate publication is strictly prohibited, that is, publishing the same research results in multiple journals or books. Any form of duplicate publication will be regarded as serious academic misconduct.
5.1 Ethical Approval: Research involving human or animal experiments must obtain corresponding ethical approval and provide relevant materials as proof. Authors should follow relevant ethical norms to ensure the rights and welfare of research subjects.
5.2 Informed Consent: Research involving human subjects must obtain the informed consent of the subjects and describe the process of obtaining consent in the manuscript.
5.3Continuous Supervision of Ethical Review: Even if ethical approval has been obtained, there should be continuous supervision during the research process. Any changes should be notified in time.
5.4 Special Attention to Special Groups: For research involving special groups such as children, the elderly, and people with disabilities, special attention should be paid to them to protect their rights and well-being and to ensure strict implementation of ethical norms.
6.1 Data Sharing: Authors should provide public access to research data where possible, or explain the limitations and access methods of data sharing in the manuscript to promote research transparency and reproducibility.
6.2 Method Description: Authors should describe in detail the research methods used for other researchers to repeat the experiment or verify the results. For any tools, materials, or software used, sufficient information should be provided to facilitate replication.
7.1 Error Correction: If authors find errors in a published paper, they should promptly notify the journal editorial department and cooperate in making corrections. Corrections should be made transparently and responsibly to ensure the accuracy of the academic record.
7.2 Retraction: In the case of discovering serious academic misconduct or major errors, the journal editorial department has the right to retract the paper. The retraction decision will be based on sufficient evidence, and the reasons will be stated in the retraction statement.
8.1 Confidentiality Commitment: Journal editors and review experts should keep the content of submissions confidential and should not use unpublished research information for personal research or dissemination.
8.2 Review Process: All communications and review reports during the peer review process are kept confidential and only used for review purposes. Review experts must not discuss or share review content with others.
Authors should abide by the relevant laws and regulations of their countries and regions to ensure the legality and compliance of the research process and results. Any act that violates laws and regulations will be dealt with accordingly.
