1. Manuscripts must contain no state secrets and correct political orientation.
2. Submissions should be innovative, academic, and scientific, and the patents should be well protected.
3. Manuscripts must present clear viewpoints, rigorously structured arguments, verifiable evidence, concise text, and publication-ready graphics. 
4. Fund projects require authenticated titles and validated approval codes.
5. Manuscripts should be formatted in Microsoft Word (.doc) with a strict 10,000-word limit.
